This website does not sell anything and does not process payments. All purchases happen on our Etsy shop, and Etsy is the data controller for everything connected to your order — payment details, billing address, order history and downloads. Etsy’s own privacy policy governs that data; we never see your card details.
Where the GDPR applies, we process the data you submit in a form to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and to respond to your enquiry; security and site-integrity data on the basis of our legitimate interests; and analytics and marketing data on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the cookie banner or by unsubscribing.
We share data only with the services that run this site: our hosting provider, our email provider, and our analytics provider. We do not sell your personal information.
We are based in Türkiye and some of our service providers operate servers outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data of EU/EEA or UK residents is transferred outside those regions, it is protected by the safeguards offered by those providers, including standard contractual clauses.
Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to answer you and to meet our accounting obligations. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
