No. Every editable template works with a free Canva account. If a design uses a Canva Pro element, that is noted on the listing before you buy.

Table numbers and reception signs arrive already worded and laid out — download the PDF and print. Invitation suites and signage sets open in Canva.

All wording, names, dates, menus and seating plans in the Canva templates. The original artwork, illustrations and colour palettes are locked so every piece still matches. Each Etsy listing says exactly what is editable.

Welcome signs (18×24) and seating charts (24×36) are best printed by a copy shop or an online poster service. The Gothic and Dark Botanical designs carry a lot of dark ink — a laser or digital press holds the deep tones far better than a home inkjet. Our printing guide covers the rest.

The standard licence is personal use, for one celebration. If you are a planner, venue or stationer, write to us — we are happy to discuss a commercial arrangement. Full terms are on the licence page.

Because the files are delivered instantly, digital downloads are generally not returnable. If something is genuinely wrong — a broken template link, a missing file, a technical fault — contact us within 30 days and we will fix it, or refund the affected item. Etsy’s own buyer protection also applies to every order.

Everything is on our Etsy shop. Etsy handles the payment, the download and the receipt.
