License Terms

Personal-use licence

All Quixify Studio designs and templates are licensed for personal use only, for a single celebration. You may:

• Edit the wording of your templates in Canva
• Print unlimited copies for your own celebration
• Share your mobile save-the-date digitally with your guests

What is not allowed

• Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing the designs or files, edited or unedited
• Sharing template links with anyone outside your household or event
• Using the designs commercially — for client work, products for sale, or promotional material
• Claiming the artwork as your own, or removing attribution where present

Print-ready products

Our print-ready files — the table numbers and the reception signs — carry the same licence. The wording on them is fixed by design; print as many copies as your own celebration needs, but please don’t redistribute the PDFs.

Ownership

All artwork, illustrations and designs remain the intellectual property of Quixify Studio. Purchasing a template grants a licence to use it as described above — it does not transfer copyright.

Commercial use

If you are a planner, venue or stationer and want to use a design for client work, write to us. We are happy to discuss a commercial arrangement — it simply isn’t covered by the standard licence.
